TYPES OF TRAINING PROGRAMMES
The training and programmes offered by KRC are in three categories
In-Plant programmes : All our listed courses can be conducted on In-Plant basis for client organizations with inputs specially tailored to the needs and requirements of organizations.
Open Training Programmes : Conducted by KRC faculty and specially selected external resource persons and Associates.
Workshops and Seminars on/Topical Issues
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
The content of the various courses are covered by formal lectures, group discussions, case studies, games as well as practical exercises, Films and other visual aids are also used extensively to illustrate various points, techniques and skills.
IN-PLANT COURSE(S) REQUESTS
Also on request, KRC will send specially designed and Organizational Function specific In- Plant course proposals after discussions with nominating officers.
Participating Certificate : KRC training certificates are presented at the end of each course. To qualify for a certificate, a nominee must satisfy at least 80% of the course faculty’s assessment as well as participate fully on the course.
After-Course Follow-Up : KRC Faculty members who facilitate a programme,especially the faculty Director pay each trainee at least two visits a year. This is to strengthen trainees on the application of certain techniques and skills acquired durring a programme and facilitate after course adjustments.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
On request, KRC will send registration forms. Alternatively, nominating executives can just simply inform us in writing about their nominations,indicating the names and positions of nominees.

Every topic listed in our course content has well researched course literature.
COURSES VENUES
To ensure standard and consistency in service quality, all our public courses are held in five star and sometimes three star hotels. The philosophy behind this is to enable us concentrate on the core aspects of our courses while the Hotel management handle the soft-side of caring for our delegates.This arrangement enables us control the various aspects of their services from the outside point.
